My fiance and I visited the store first time. We were immediately greeted by Karen L. She directed us to the ceiling fans & explained a few things & let us be to discuss. She came back over & offered online viewing and some books. Karen sat at table with us & was so patient. We learned some things we didn't know & were able to narrow down what we wanted. Noone else spoke to us. If you go in please ask for Karen. She definitely went above and beyond!! We'll be back soon to see her ourselves.

We are building a house and had many lighting needs. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Northern Lighting! Andrea was so knowledgeable and so very helpful in the selection process. She went out of her way to help us with an issue we were having (that was totally my fault) and found a great solution. Overall, great lighting selection and wonderful customer service!!!

Knowledgeable and excellent customer service

When I first walked in, I was overwhelmed by the array of options—a great thing! I was tired of the generic lighting from large big box stores and wanted something more unique and expressive of my style and taste. We worked with Karen, who was a sweetheart. She was extremely personable and took the time to explain which type of lighting and style would suit us best. We'll definitely be back soon.
